Which IGET device should I choose?

If your flavour is on both lists, it's the longer run against the lower outlay: the One gives you 12,000 puffs on a larger battery, the Bar Pro offers 10,000 puffs for less money, and per puff they land in much the same place. If your flavour is on one list only, the flavour has already chosen. Each category page spells out which names are shared.

Are these genuine IGET devices?

Yes. Each product page gives the brand, model and puff rating as the maker states them, and the device in your parcel is the one on the page you ordered from. Nothing is relabelled or reboxed, and the only things in the parcel are what the maker packed. A few flavour names on our pages are worded a little differently from the pack, but the flavour and device you ordered are what arrive. We're an independent retailer and aren't affiliated with IGET.

How can I pay?

Pay by bank transfer, with PayID as an option. Your order page shows the account details as soon as you check out, and the confirmation email repeats them. Cards aren't available here. Put your order number in the transfer reference and we'll match the payment to the order.

Do you post to every state and territory?

Yes, all of them, from Melbourne and with tracking. Devices totalling $99 or more ship free, measured after multi-device pricing and before any discount code; under that one flat rate applies. For transit times by state, see the shipping page.

Can I recharge an IGET One or Bar Pro?

No. Both are sealed disposables without a charging port, so nothing plugs in and nothing refills. When the device is finished, it's finished.

Do I have to be 18 to buy?

Yes. This shop sells to adults only, and you confirm your age when you arrive. If we think an order was placed by or for someone under 18, we cancel it and refund whatever was paid.
