Frequently asked questions
The questions that come up most, answered plainly. If yours isn't here, the contact page has a way to reach us.
What does ordering involve?
Pick a flavour and a quantity on the IGET One or IGET Bar Pro page, put it in the cart, then fill in your name, address, phone and email at checkout. There's no account to create. You finish with an order number starting IGYV- and the bank details to pay into. Nothing is charged automatically, because the shop has no card step.
Which suits me, the One or the Bar Pro?
If your flavour is on both lists, the One gives you 12,000 puffs, the Bar Pro gives you 10,000, and the Bar Pro costs less up front. Per puff they come out about the same, so it's a matter of how long you want one flavour to last. If your flavour is on one list only, you've already chosen.
How does payment work, and when is my order confirmed?
Pay by bank transfer, quoting your order number as the payment reference: either PayID, or the BSB and account number. Confirmation comes once the payment has arrived in our bank account and been matched with the order; PayID tends to be quicker than a transfer between two banks. You'll get an email when that happens, and until then the order shows as awaiting payment. You can upload a screenshot of the transfer to your order page to help us find the payment sooner, but it's optional, and nothing is dispatched until the money has actually landed.
When will it arrive?
Dispatch is usually 2–3 business days after your payment is matched, with transit added on top. The eastern states are quickest, and Western Australia and the Northern Territory take longer. The shipping page has the state-by-state table and the free-shipping threshold.
Can I track my parcel?
Yes. Once Australia Post has collected it, a tracking number goes to your email, and to your phone as a text if you gave an Australian mobile. Your order page shows the latest status at any time.
Do I need an account?
No. Most people check out as a guest, and the confirmation email links back to the order page, where you can add a receipt whenever suits. An account lets you see past orders in one list and keep addresses ready for checkout. To sign in, all you need is your email address: enter the one you ordered with and a one-time link arrives, so there's no password to create or forget.
Is there an age limit?
Yes, 18. You confirm your age when you arrive, and we sell to nobody younger. If we judge that an order was placed by or for a minor, it's cancelled and anything already paid comes back to you.
Can I change or cancel an order after paying?
Before dispatch, yes: message us by email or WhatsApp straight away with the order number and what to change. Once the parcel is dispatched it's with the carrier and can't be redirected or recalled, and the returns policy takes over. If you haven't paid, the order lapses by itself after 14 days, or you can ask us to cancel it straight away.
What happens if a device is faulty?
Send a video of 10–20 seconds showing the device in use, quoting your order number, and a replacement will follow. In the usual case we don't need the faulty one sent back. The returns page spells out what is and isn't a fault.
Why do only some flavour pages carry a name note?
The 'What the name tells us' note is there when a name lists what's in it, and it's built from those ingredients alone, never from a taste test. Some names list nothing; Blue Monster on the IGET One is the example. Those pages carry no note, because there's nothing in the name to work from. Each product page makes clear which case applies.
