Shipping & Delivery
The short version
- Orders are packed in Melbourne and posted with a tracked Australia Post service to any Australian address. Nothing goes overseas.
- Devices totalling $99 or more ship free; under that it's a flat $10.
- Dispatch usually follows 2–3 business days after your payment is matched. Transit comes on top.
What shipping costs
The flat $10 applies whichever state the parcel is going to, however big it is and however many devices are in it. The $99 mark is worked out on your device total once multi-device pricing is applied but before any discount code is applied, which means a code can't drop you below it. You'll see the shipping amount at checkout before you commit, and no extra charge turns up later.
From payment to dispatch
- You pay by bank transfer. The clock starts when the money lands in our account, not when you place the order. A transfer between two banks can need a business day, and PayID tends to arrive faster.
- Once the money is here, we match it to your order and email a confirmation.
- The parcel normally goes out 2–3 business days after that email. Business days run Monday to Friday and skip Victorian public holidays.
Transit times
Counted from the dispatch date. Typical figures, not promises.
| Destination | Typical transit (business days) |
|---|---|
| Queensland | 5–7 |
| New South Wales, Victoria and South Australia | 3–5 |
| Remote addresses anywhere, and the Northern Territory | 7–15 |
| Western Australia | 5–10 |
From late November to the end of December the whole postal network slows down, and so does the week around Easter. In either window, add about another week to every figure in the table.
Tracking
We email your tracking number as soon as Australia Post has the parcel, and text it too if you gave us an Australian mobile. Expect the first scan to take up to a day to appear, and don't be surprised if a parcel heading across the country goes quiet for a couple of days between scans. Both are normal. After five business days with no movement, email your order number and we'll chase it with the carrier.
Packaging
Parcels go in a plain box or satchel. There are no brand names or product pictures on the outside, nothing outside tells anyone what's inside, and the sender address never mentions vaping.
Signature
No signature is requested unless you ask for one: put a line in the checkout note and we'll arrange it. When nobody can take the parcel, Australia Post normally leaves it at a nearby post office. Anything not collected comes back to us, and sending it again means paying shipping a second time.
If the address is wrong
Once a carrier holds the parcel we can't redirect it, so please check your unit number, street name and postcode before paying. When a bad address brings a parcel back, we refund the order minus the shipping cost and you can reorder with the right details. If you notice a mistake straight after paying, email the correction at once; the label is easy to change until the parcel is packed.
When a flavour runs out
Availability on the site comes from the Melbourne stock counts: everything listed is meant to be on our shelf. If a line can't be filled after all, we'll contact you with three options: wait, swap for another flavour, or refund that line. No flavour is ever swapped without your say-so.
